The faculty, staff and families of Carmel Christian are passionate about Disciple-Making Education. A disciple is a follower of Christ in learning and living. CCS develops Christian disciples who are equipped for the next step in their lives. Some people consider excellence in education and discipleship as mutually exclusive areas of focus. However, at CCS, we believe in a symbiotic relationship between educational excellence and discipleship ~ strengthening one area enhances the other. Our intentional commitment to both areas creates a unique educational experience for each child.
The CCS Discipleship Strategy begins with the end in mind, the
CCS Portrait of a Graduate, a vision for every student who
graduates from CCS.
With the goal of developing students who embody these characteristics,
the CCS Discipleship Strategy is an intentional approach (Grades K-12)
to empower Christ-centered excellence in all program areas ~ Academics, Athletics and the Arts.
